The Painless Divorce team is comprised of highly experienced professionals with legal, financial, mediating, coaching and family psychology backgrounds. Each professional works in his or her own practice and is trained in collaborative resolution, abiding by international standards set by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
The Painless Divorce team of family solicitors, accountants, independent financial advisors, and psychologists, is located throughout the UK. Depending upon your unique requirements and financial situation, Adriana, or one of her Painless Divorce Facilitators (all of whom are Psychologists and dispute resolution experts), will recommend the trained legal and financial professionals who will best suit your needs.
Each professional has specific experiences in their disciplines. Some work with professional couples without families, others understand the needs of high net worth individuals with complex financial affairs and international assets, others specialise in working in cross-cultural environments or with families based in the UK and abroad.

About Painless Divorce
We abide by the strict rules and regulations of various professional bodies, including The Law Society, The Society of Accountants, the British Psychological Society and the HCPC (Health Care Professionals Council). Confidentiality is of the utmost importance and we never reveal details of conversations or past or current clients
While no divorce is truly painless, everything we do is to ensure that you don’t face the additional stresses that most people experience when they go though a traditional divorce.
Our ethos is that you will not go to court. Every member of our team, and our divorcing couples, sign an agreement expressing our mutual understanding that we will not be litigating and going to court.
“By the way. Thank you. I really appreciate everything you have done for us both...It has made things a lot clearer and easier to get through.”
“I just thought I’d drop you a message. I’m now living in.... and about to buy a new house. I have a new job. I feel like I’ve accomplished a lot.... I’m a much stronger person than I ever was. Our daughter gets to see her dad every weekend. We get on most of the time. I thought you’d like to know that I’m doing ok. Take care.”
“It was just to tell you what has happened. It has been an extraordinary few years! My two children are still living in the same house, only five minutes’ walk from me. I see them loads and they are really good company! Their mother, is well and we are on good terms and communicating well - who’d have thought that! I am well too. This is just to say that with every success that comes the way of the children and me, I often think back to our meetings with gratitude!”
“Everyone should have access to this way to divorce.”
